Transparency

The status of a claim
must be visible.

QUAA distinguishes its design work, verified facts, published records and future aspirations.

Status

Institutional initiative

QUAA is in the website and framework development stage. Legal registration and operative review authority are not evidenced here.

Status

External recognition

No claim is made to ENQA membership, EQAR registration, UKAS accreditation, governmental designation or equivalent status.

Status

Reviews and public records

No independently completed review records, issued approvals or certificate IDs are published.

Status

Governance and experts

A proposed governance design is displayed; no unverified reviewers, boards, partners or clients are listed.

How reference frameworks are used

QUAA draws research and design insights from public information published by organisations such as ENQA, EQAR and FIBAA. No partnership, delegation or endorsement by those organisations is claimed.

Ownership and related-party disclosure

Legal ownership and related-party interests, including any overlap with IEU or other educational ventures, must be declared and verified before formal independent-review services commence. Reviews of commonly controlled institutions must not be used to imply external independence.

Authority and wording

Publication of a quality-review framework is not national recognition of QUAA, not ISO accreditation and not a license to validate university degrees. The use of regulated business-name words and formal status claims will be evaluated with legal counsel before official launch.
