Decision-makers review a final evidence record, scope, conflict declarations, factual corrections, limitations and proposed outcome. Each decision should have an authorized record and an auditable publication approval.

QUAA publishes no decisions currently. No founder or commercial role may convert a review enquiry, fee or self-assessment into a positive result.

Safeguards for related institutions

QUAA may share ownership or management with International European University (IEU). QUAA treats any IEU-related matter as a potential related-party case. No QUAA accreditation decision or public review record for IEU is published. QUAA will not present an IEU outcome as independent external accreditation without documented arms-length governance, competent and unrelated reviewers and decision-makers, conflict controls, a completed assessment and a genuine authorized public record.
